Sue Devitt Lipstick and Lipgloss Swatches and Review

I have been a fan of Sue Devitt cosmetics ever since I fell in love with their Eye Intensifier Pencils. Those were truly some of the best eye crayons (that can act as shadow, liner, base) that I've tried. This time, I am reviewing their lipstick and lipgloss lines.

Sue Devitt has two kinds of lipsticks, the Balanced Sheer Lipstick and the Balanced Matte Lipstick. I have one from each of these finishes: Great Australian Bight from the matte line and Villefranche from the Sheer line.

So remember two weekends ago when I attended this beautiful wedding? The makeup artist for the bride is a good friend of mine, and she works for Sue Devitt. She was using the Eye Intensifier Pencil on the bride and I was so intrigued by it. It's basically a chunky pencil/crayon that glides like a dream on the skin, and it has ten beautiful shades that have amazing staying power. She used I believe Zaire on the bride's eyes as base, then applied complementing eyeshadows that made her eyes so beautiful. She also cried during the wedding ceremony and the reception, but they didn't smudge, nor did it melt off her lids.
