The Extra Dimension formula/collection from 2012 was one of the more memorable MAC collections last year for me. At that time, I just tested the new Estee Lauder Modern Mercury Pure Color Illuminating Powder Gelees, and I noticed how similar it was to the Extra Dimension formula. The Extra Dimension products have a squishy feel to them, because they are technically a hybrid of a gel, liquid and powder. They apply like a gel but dries to a powdery, often metallic finish.

I have a few of the shades, and here are swatches and my thoughts on these.
