I am so excited to review this last batch of Mickey Contractor products because I think this is going to be my favorite choices from this collection.

Select Moisturecover Concealers:

Coral Corrector/Yellow Corrector

NC43, NC23

Top: NC43, NC23
Bottom: Coral Corrector/Yellow Corrector

I am in love with the new Select Moisturecover Concealers. They have more olive tones to suit those with olive tones in their skin. I am glad that MAC has decided to add concealers that would work best on a huge chunk of their clientele - Hispanic, Meditteranean, asian and Middle-Eastern men and women who need more products in the olive side of the color spectrum. We have a lot of pigmentation issues. Women who are olive-skinned really don't have much redness, but hyperpigmentation is an issue. This is where these new concealers come in. They are the perfect blend of olive/yellow/salmon correctors to address hyperpigmentation concerns.

First of all, I love that MAC is introducing the "half-shades" in this collection. We didn't have the NC23 and NC43 shades before, so to have these without having to mix concealers is a godsend to some people. I, however, would still have to mix the two concealers because a 50-50 mix is my perfect shade. I use the doe-foot applicator to dot on my undereye area. I use both shades and blend them for my perfect shade. I was amazed that even my puffy eye bags were disguised by this corrector. I also use these concealers on the sides of my nose and jawline to conceal other imperfections and it blends well with the foundation.

As for the coral/yellow correctors, they are housed in the usual Pro Longwear lip products with the color on one end and gloss on the other. The coral or salmon color is usually applied on the undereye area to disguise dark circles. If the salmon/coral is too dark for you, all you need to do is mix it with the yellow corrector.

Powder Blushes:

Sur, Gana

Sur

Gana

Sur, Gana

I am loving the blushes as well. Sur is the only one that operates as a blush because the other one, Gana, is too light as a blush but can be a great highlighter. Sur is beautiful: it's a dirty rose brown in the satin formula. This has been compared to Prim and Proper blush from the Give Me Liberty of London collection, but I have swatched them together and Prim and Proper is a couple of shades lighter than Sur:

Gana is a nice bright white gold frost but is neither too frosty nor metallic, which I like. It gives a pretty sheen but not overly plastic-y looking. I am loving this tandem. In the photo below, I used Sur as a blush and Gana to highlight the cheekbones:

As I said, these are my favorite products from this collection: the face products. I am loving the blush, highlighter and concealer.
