These mineralize blushes are just as how I'd remembered them from previous collections: pigmented, apply smooth, silky and not splotchy at all. I do notice however that this present batch of blushes is more on the satin side without much shimmer as compared to other mineralize blushes from the past. This would be a welcome change for other people who don't like very shimmery finishes especially those who are familiar with the metallic sheens of mineralize skinfinishes. For some reason, these mineralize blushes are softer, more muted in finish without metallic sheen, although they do have pearl which prevents them from being too matte.

I am liking Pet Me because it is such a clean, happy pink.  It suits my coloring to a T because it has yellow tones to it.

Utterly Game is a warm peach with soft pearl which I think will be one of the bestsellers of the collection.  It reminds me a little of Marine Life although the latter is much brighter.

The Soft Meow is a midtone golden bronze with soft pearl that would make a good bronzer or even contour powder.

Recommendations:  I love Utterly Game and Pet Me equally, so get both!

I am glad that MAC is introducing some new (not repromoted) pigments in this collection, although some like Antique Green and Gold Stroke are in fact not new.

Lithe is probably going to be one of my most-used pigments as this is perfect for a nude or neutral eye. It is a frosted warm nude with gold pearl that would be perfect for my office neutral eye. It's basically fool-proof and I love the subtle pearl because this would make my eyes look more awake and rested.

Bloodline is a dark dirty browned purple that would be good as a liner or an outer V or crease color. I love the darkness of the brown and purple and the marriage of both is quite unique. This has more shimmer though and very pretty if you want to go out of the traditional smokey eye box and opt for a smokey purple-brown look.

Gold Stroke is so pretty.  It is an intense tarnished gold that it almost looks bronze.  Great as a liner or for a crease or outer lid color.

Antique Green is a turquoise green with green pearl that does look vintage to my eyes.  If you like greens, this is for you.

Mauvement is a cool taupe with gold pearl that would probably work well with a wide variety of looks.  I would love to try it again as I didn't like it when I first tried it - too metallic-y for my taste.

Old Gold is a vintage yellow gold that is not very unique for me as I have very similar pigments and loose shadows from mineral makeup companies such as Aromaleigh.  It is pretty though and would make for a nice lid color.

All in all, this is a decent group of pigments, but for me, the ones that stand out would have to be Bloodline and Lithe.  Those are the two that I recommend for purchase.
