Pink and Purple-Brown Using MAC Maira's Magic Eyeshadow

Here's a pink and dark brown-purple look using MAC Maira's Magic eyeshadow from the Maira Kalman collection. This eyeshadow is a satin so it comes out smooth with just the faintest glimmer of sheen, almost matte.

I also used Shale in this look on the crease and to blend out the darker shades.

I used 100 Strokes to deepen the crease and outer V.

I used Shadowy Lady to blend with 100 Strokes.

I used Baby Petals to highlight.

All MAC products unless otherwise provided. The pictures start in the middle of the eye look because previous photos got corrupted in the memory card (again!).

Apply Urban Decay primer potion all over lid, browbone and lower lashline. Apply Fresco Rose paint pot on lid using a fluffy brush. Using Loew Cornell Maxine's Mop 3/8" shader brush, Maira's Magic on lid. Take 224 brush and apply Shale on crease. Take Sonia Kashuk blender brush and apply 100 Strokes on outer V and crease. Blend Shale and 100 Strokes using the 224.

Using Sonia Kashuk blender brush, apply Shadowy Lady on outer V, blending into the darker colors. Blend with 224.

Take 227 brush and apply Baby Petals on browbone to highlight.

Take Sonia Kashuk bent eyeliner brush and apply Blacktrack fluidline on upper lashline.

Apply Victoria Secret kohl liner in Black Velvet to line and on waterline. Using Essence of Beauty angled liner brush, apply Baby Petals on inner lower lashline and Shadowy Lady on outer lower lashline. Apply mascara.

Pardon the red eye. My injury is slow in healing.
