What can be more festive that glitter liners? Even if I am not the type to wear glitter liners on an everyday basis, I still want to amp up my eye look for the holidays. I typically wear glitter liners on New Year's Eve parties and celebrations. Sephora has a Mini Glitter liner set that can let you try five different shades of their glitter liners in mini tubes, which is perfect both as a gift or as something you can use yourself. The miniscule tubes are perfect for travel as well. Each mini tube has a brush applicator.

The glitter does not fully show up in one sweep, so you have to apply it a few times for the glitter to show up. However, once the glitter is applied, it's very pretty and noticeable. My favorites are VIP Gold, Chrome Silver, and Glamour Pink. I will be wearing either the gold or silver for holiday parties.
This set is $15, and although they are not pigmented when applied sparingly, they are buildable and the glitter effect is quite eye-catching and festive.
This is not available on the Sephora website, but you can probably still get this at Sephora stores. The Sephora site also sells full-size individual glitter liners for $7 each (on sale from $12).
