If I can sum up my review on the Jordana 12-Hour Made To Last Liquid EyeLiner Pencil in one word, it would be: creamy. These little pencils are so affordable, but you wouldn't believe how creamy they are when applied.
Jordana just released these new12-Hour Made To Last Liquid EyeLiner Pencils, and as the name suggests, they apply like a liquid liner, no tugging, no drag whatsoever. Totally glides like butter on the skin. They glide as effortlessly as their eyeshadow pencil counterpart, the Jordana 12-Hour Made to Last Eyeshadow Pencil.
I have three of the shades, 06 Jade Jewel which is a beautiful dark hunter green with emerald shimmer, 05 Aqua Stone which is a bright turquoise, and 01 Black Point which is a pigmented matte black (yay for matte blacks!). I don't like shimmery black liner on my upper lashline, so this one is a plus.
These are really a great deal, as Jordana is known for being a very affordable brand. The Jordana 12-Hour Made To Last Liquid EyeLiner Pencil retails for $2.99. I do suggest though that you apply this over a base as this is a creamy liner- it can smudge even though you don't intend it to. Also, since these are creamy pencils, I suggest you sharpen them with caution as the point can break quite easily.
I like to use Aqua Stone on my lower lashline even when I'm wearing neutrals (like in the eye look above), just because I like to have some pop of color sometimes to prevent the look from being too boring. I like how it really brightens my lower lashline (and by association, my undereye area).
