I was able to try out some of the products from the new Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess 2013 Collection, and one of them is the Batik Sun eye shadow palette. As I've mentioned in my Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess 2013 Review Video, I really like the combination of the neutrals with the summery coral and teal shades in this palette. If you are not a fan of summery brights, you can always opt to use the neutrals in this palette with a pop of teal or coral on the lower lashline.

This palette has a shimmery champagne gold, a shimmery yelow-white, a shimmery mid-tone brown, a bright teal and coral. I like that Estee Lauder incorporated neutrals to blend with the more vibrant colors to make this palette wearable.

As I've mentioned in my review video, the teal shade is probably one of the prettiest teal shades I own, and that says a lot because I own a bajillion shadows. It is very pigmented and I like to use it both on my lid and to line my lower lashline for a pop of color.

In the look below, I used most of the shades in this palette. I used the teal and champagne gold on the lid, the brown on the crease, the teal on the lower lashline, and the yellow white to highlight. I gotta say I love this color combination! It has bold colors to prevent it from becoming too boring, but it's not in-your-face loud.

Despite all the shimmer I am loving the vibrancy of the palette.
