MAC Pro Longwear Blush in Baby Don't Go, Eternal Sun, Stay Pretty

Pardon the late post, but the reason why this is a bit late is that I already posted my Video Review of the MAC Office Hours Pro Longwear Eye Shadow, Lipglass and Blush on my blog and on my YouTube channel.  Basically, I said that these new MAC Pro Longwear blushes have the same texture, formula and finish as most of the newly-released Pro Longwear eye shadows from the same collection (Office Hours).

The MAC Pro Longwear blush, just like its cousin the Pro Longwear eye shadow, has a satiny or matte texture.  It also has wearable, soft shades that actually deliver when it comes to the staying power.  It lasted around 8-9 hours on my cheeks without re-applying.  It does have a satin/matte finish, so take that into consideration if you are looking for shimmery blushes.

I am really liking the shade Blush All Day, a light dirty rose beige that is a perfect everyday look.  It may look boring in the pan but it is beautiful when worn.  The other one that I have is also pretty, it's called Rosy Outlook, a light yellow pink.  Another one that I might be getting is Eternal Sun, a beautiful warm brown that looks great on olive or darker skintones.  I also like one of the darker shades like Stubborn, a mid-tone rose plum.

Stand By Me is a nice light peach coral, but I just got Supercontinental blush from the previous collection which is also a similar peach coral.  Baby Don't Go is a light cool beige, and Whole Lotta Love is a light blue baby pink, while Stay Pretty is a light bright blue pink.

All in all, I am happy with the formula of these shades when it comes to the staying power.  They last considerably longer on the cheeks compared to my regular MAC blushes.  Since these are on the matte side, it is important to gently buff it in with a bronzer brush to blend the harsh edges or patchy lines.  Once blended, it gives a pretty, lit-from-within flush.

This product retails for $23 U.S./$28 CDN and is now available at counters and stores.
