Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel
One of my favorite skincare products is the face serum. There are several kinds of serums that I use like Vitamin C and brightening serums. This particular one from Jurlique is packed with botanicals like calendula flower extract, rose hips, chamomile to soothe and revitalize skin. I like that this is an organic product without harsh chemicals that irritate skin.
I use this serum especially at night after cleansing. It's still hot where I live, so after staying out in the sun (with sunscreen, of course), I'd like to treat my skin to a soothing gel like the Jurlique Herbal Recovery. It soothes the tired, sun-exposed skin and refreshes it. The only downside that I can think of is that if you hate rose scents, stay away from this one as this has a pretty strong rose scent which is the signature fragrance of most Jurlique products. I wish the scent is a bit more subtle, especially those night products because my olfactory nerves need to relax prior to bedtime, and strong scents sometimes jar my senses.
I think the face serums that I use are the reasons why I am enjoying the best skin I've had in months - it looks brighter, more radiant, and the acne scars on my chin have significantly faded in just a few months. I've been using this for at least 4-6 weeks and it has never broken me out so that's a good sign. I will be posting some more reviews of the other Jurlique products that I've tried so stay tuned.
