Nail Stamp Art Using American Apparel Nail Lacquer in Cocoa

One of my favorite Konad color combinations are brown and gold.  Here's another variant using American Apparel nail lacquer in Cocoa.  I wrote in a previous entry that American Apparel polishes are HG status for me because I love creme polishes, and these are mostly opaque in one coat, glides like a dream, and the colors are wonderful.  Cocoa is a nice cool brown creme, very unassuming but I just love the formula and the ease in application.  I used m02 image plate, and China Glaze in Passion for the image.  I added copper rhinestones in the center of some of the flowers.

I will be posting swatches of my American Apparel nail lacquers soon! They are really my kind of polishes.

Can you recommend any sites for buying Konad image plates? I know sites like wowsocool and ocnailart sell those, but their international shipping rates are ridiculous! It's $10 and $15 respectively! I'm currently lemming only 4 image plates, which I can easily get from konad France but the European prices are seriously marked up compared to the US prices. I was thinking ebay but I'm suspicious because many sellers offer free shipping (even internationally) and that seems too good to be true. Maybe they sell knock-offs or something.

Sylvie, sorry for the delay! I'm sorry I cannot really recommend any other Konad seller, since I always get my Konad stuff from wowsocool. There are other Europe-based sellers but they don't sell Konad, they sell knock-offs but they are really amazing ones. Check out the XL plates from chez-delaney. com or magnonails. de - really great plates and the images really transfer well. The XL plates have amazing designs too, and the variety is overwhelming.
