MAC Venomous Villains Look and Tutorial: Vainglorious, De-Vil and Bite Of An Apple

Here is an eye look featuring some of the products from the MAC Venomous Villains collection, like Vainglorious and De-Vil:

De-Vil

Vainglorious

I also used Lithe pigment from the Fabulous Felines collection:

Lithe pigment on the left

I used my Pro Longwear lip creme in Sweet Ever After (middle).

Bite Of An Apple

I also used the very popular Bite of An Apple blush.

Since Bite Of An Apple is very pigmented, I used my MAC 136 brush, a paddle-shaped brush that picks up the slightest whisper of color which is perfect for pigmented blushes.

I mentioned in my Charm Pro 21-Piece Makeup Brush Set Review that I am going to be using the Charm brushes in my tutorials. Get ready to see these pretties in action.

Here's a step-by-step. All eye products MAC unless otherwise stated.

Apply Urban Decay primer potion in Sin all over lid, browbone and lower lashline. Using a stiff shader brush like the Charm Pro eye shader brush (MAC 239 dupe) apply Lithe pigment on lid foiled using Fix+.

Using Charm Pro tapered blending brush (MAC 222 dupe) blender brush, apply De-Vil on outer V and crease.

Using the Sonia Kashuk special edition bamboo-handled blender brush, apply Vainglorious on outer lid. Blend with the 224 brush.

Like so.

Using the same blender brush, create depth by applying more Vainglorious on the crease if necessary. To retain copper shade, apply more De-Vil.

Using the Charm Pro flat liner brush, apply De-Vil on lower lashline. Line upper lashline with L'oreal Lineur Intense liquid liner (felt tip).

Apply Daisy Chain and Nanogold on the browbone using Stila No. 5 brush, and on inner corners using a small detail brush. Tightline using Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero, and apply Chromagraphic pencil in NW25/NC30 on waterline. Apply false lashes. Apply mascara.

FACE:
Smashbox Photo Finish primer
MAC Pro Longwear SPF10 foundation in NC30
MAC Pro Longwear SPF10 Concealer in mix of NW15 and NC42 (I accidentally mixed in more of the lighter shade, hence the whitish cast in the pics)
Lumiere mineral concealer in Salmon on undereye area
Purely Cosmetics Diamond Perfect Finish powder
MAC Bite Of An Apple blush applied sparingly using the 136 brush

LIPS:
Rosebud lip salve
MAC Spice lip pencil
MAC Pro Longwear lipcreme in Sweet Ever After
