Bodycology Rich&Creamy Body Wash Review

I was able to try the new body wash from Bodycology called Rich&Creamy (yes, one word). I prefer to use body washes than soap bars in the shower because I use a bath flower and it's easier to just pour the wash onto the mesh bath sponge rather than rub it on a bar. Body washes are faster to apply for me, and are perfect for those manic mornings.

Bodycology came up with this new product that has six formulas. Skin Softening formula has silk extracts and avocado oil, Hydrating formula has Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, Nourishing formula has Soy Milk and Shea Butter, Deep Cleansing has Grape Fruit and Apricot extract, and Refreshing Formula has Cucumber and Green Tea. I tried the Ultra Rich variant that has Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter for extra moisture.

I like the fresh, light scent of the product. It is not disruptive to the senses (I am very sensitive to different scents), not cloying and fresh. It is creamy and rich and Bodycology even claims that this can be used dually as a shave cream.  Yay to that because I don't need to reach for a separate shave gel when shaving my legs.

The product is pretty simple and straightforward. It cleans gently, effectively, with shea butter and cocoa butter for added moisture. It is indulgent yet gentle. Best of all, it delivers, period. It is also quite afforable. It retails from $4.99 and is available nationally at Walgreens starting March 2010.
