Lumiere Mineral Blush in Ditto "O" Review: Dupe For NARS Orgasm Blush

I've always been intrigued by Lumiere's Ditto "O" mineral blush. I have heard that it's a good dupe for the famed NARS Orgasm blush, and I didn't really want to try it at first because I've had NARS Orgasm, only to swap it away because the color looked too blah on my skin. I again read the raves and bought it the second time, willing to give it another chance. Sadly, it really didn't work for me. So when I saw that Lumiere was offering a dupe for NARS Orgasm, I was iffy. I've had the chance to try this product, and let me say that I love it, and in fact, I like it better on my cheeks than Orgasm.

I applied Ditto "O" using my favorite Lumiere brush, the angled fiber optic blush brush. As I said, I love this brush for blushes as opposed to a standard fiber optic brush, because you get to apply the product exactly where you want it (nicely-angled). With a regular fiber optic brush (like the MAC 187), the application is splotchy because the head is round, thus scattering the pigment all over the place.

My Take: I am loving Ditto "O". This is the perfect coral-peachy blush for me. In the look below, I applied just a little bit so you can barely see the coral color. This was because my eyes were dark and heavy, so I wanted to balance the look by using light blush. If you do want to pack it on, though, Ditto "O" delivers, and it can give you lovely shimmering coral-peach cheeks. The application is smooth and not splotchy, very buildable, and it lasted a good while on the cheeks.

That looks good!
I also have Aromaleigh's Verve, which is a great Orgasm dupe that I like better than Orgasm, and Purely Cosmetics dupe in Blushing.

Phyrra- I'm planning on getting Verve too! I have a bajillion AL blushes but for some reason I don't have Verve.

jojoba- thanks! I am not doing too much smokey looks, I know, because most of my looks are for daytime. But I will experiment more on these types of looks.
