How To Apply False Lashes

I received a request to show how I apply my false lashes. Here's an illustration on how I apply them. This is my preferred way of applying falsies, but this is by no means the only way. I use this technique because I feel comfortable in the tools I use and I can apply the falsies relatively easily and quick.

I use an orange stick to apply the glue. I use Duo lash adhesive in the dark tone because the white one sometimes leaves white residue in between the real and false lashes even after it dries. I use an orange stick because applying the glue directly on the lashes results in glue overload, which makes applying falsies a gooey mess.

Using the glue on the orange stick, apply the glue on the base of the falsies. Let set for several seconds.

Using tweezers, place the lash on the upper lashline.

Using the other end of the orange stick (without the glue), press the falsies on the lashline. Prior to application, I already lined the eyes using liquid eyeliner. I then use mascara to weave the two lashes (the natural and the false) together, creating the illusion of one set of lush lashes.
