Zoya Summer 2014 Magical Pixie Dust nail polishes in Ginni, Arlo and Bar

Zoya Summer 2014 Magical Pixie Dust nail polishes in Ginni, Arlo and Bar

This post is a little delayed, just because I thought I'd combine my video review on all the Zoya Summer 2014 collections (Zoya Bubbly, Zoya Tickled, Zoya Magical Pixie Dusts) in just one post.  However, I think the Zoya Summer 2014 Magical Pixie Dusts deserve their own post.  Watch out for my Video Review with swatches of all 3 Zoya collections, which will be up next on this blog!

Below are my swatches of the Zoya Summer 2014 Magical Pixie Dust nail polishes in Ginni, Arlo and Bar, and my thoughts on these.

Zoya Summer 2014 Magical Pixie Dust nail polish in Bar used to be my least favorite Magical Pixie Dust, but it is growing on me.  It is like encrusted diamonds on the nails!  It is a light champagne textured polish infused with holographic circle glitter- so gorgeous!

Zoya Magical Pixie Dust in Ginni is a beautiful neutral pink glitter textured polish.  Ahh, so pretty!  It is a little on the neutral side, and it kinda blends into my skintone, so sometimes I feel that I'm not wearing polish when I wear this.  Gotta admit, though, it's quite a beauty.

Zoya Magical Pixie Dust in Arlo is a pretty purple glitter textured polish.  If you love purples, this is for you.  This is also the darkest of the three Zoya Summer 2014 Magical Pixie Dusts, so this would really stand out both on tan and lighter skin.

All in all, I find these Zoya Magical Pixie Dusts to be really gritty.  They are grittier than many of the other textured polishes that I've tried, and maybe it's because it has chockfull of glitter.  If you don't mind the gritty texture, you will love how the glitters glisten especially when light hits them, sort of like encrusted jewels on your nails.

All in all, I think the Zoya Magical Pixie Dusts is a worthwhile investment, especially if you like textured polishes.  I didn't wear textured polish for a while, because I was tapped out when it comes to textured polish, but I'm loving them again right now, especially after I've seen the swatches again.
