Layered Polish: OPI Germany in Don't Talk Bach To Me

I was able to try OPI Don't Talk Bach to Me which is part of the OPI Germany fall collection. This is definitely one of the prettiest polishes in the collection. It is an understated chartreuse-mustard kind of cream with some slight shimmer when light hits it. It is such an amazing color and reminds me of China Glaze's Trendsetter, another favorite of mine.

I was very impressed with the formula of this one. I used to not like the new OPI's slightly thicker consistency, but this one is just perfect. Buttery smooth and neither too runny nor too thick. It virtually applied itself! I was just in love with the texture of this polish. It also stayed on my nails chip-free for at least 4 days. If I didn't want to try something else, it would have stayed on my nails for a few more days and still look nice. This is actually one of OPI's best formulas ever. I am super in love with the formula!

I applied an indie polish, Lush Lacquer in Salt n Peppa, over OPI Don't Talk Bach To Me. Salt n Peppa is a sheer base with a mixture of different sizes and shapes of black and white glitters in squares, hexagons, rounds and bar strips. It also contains tiny iridescent glitter that looks pretty especially when light hits it. OPI Don't Talk Bach To Me is the perfect base for this black and white glitter combo.

I will be swatching and posting the rest of the OPI Germany fall collection, so stay tuned!
