Zoya NYFW 2012 Diva Collection Swatches and Review

Here is the lovely Zoya Fall/Winter 2012 Diva Collection featuring some of the shades that have actually been tested on the NY Fashion Week runways.

Elisa

Elisa is a beautiful crimson red metallic. This is such a bright, old-school red. Very vibrant and eye-catching. Would love to wear this for holiday events or any festive occasion.  Reminds me of those gorgeous red Chinese cheongsam dresses.

Suri

Suri is a royal purple metallic. Very bright and has the same formula as Elisa.  A little streaky but it evens out after the second or third coat.

Song

Song is hands-down my favorite out of this collection.  It is a gorgeous vibrant egyptian blue metallic.  When you look at it in the shade, it actually has small light blue shimmer particles that give so much depth to the color and finish.  Such a beautiful shade.  The vibrant hue is off the charts.

Ray

Ray is a pine green metallic, but for some reason it is streakier than the other polishes from this collection. It is beautiful and festive, though. Very Christmas-y.

FeiFei

FeiFei is a blue metallic sparkle with lots of tiny aqua, silver and gold shimmer particles. It comes off as silver from afar when worn on the nails, but upon a closer look, you will see the strong blue tones, but the metallic silver sparkle is very apparent.

Daul

Just like my love affair with Zoya Faye, Orly Ingenue and Oui, and OPI It's My Year, I am loving Daul, your typical mauve foil sparkle metallic with an insane amount of gold metallic glass flecks.  I love the nuances in this shade.  This is my favorite shade next to Song from this collection.

All in all, I like that Zoya has a mixture of finishes in this collection and not just all glass flecks or all metallics.  I am particularly happy about Song and Daul, with Elisa and Suri as close runner-ups.

What do you think about this collection?  Stay tuned for Zoya NYFW 2012 Diva Collection and Gloss collection swatches coming up soon!
