Essie Spring 2012: Navigate Her Collection Swatches and Review

Here are some swatches of the Essie Spring 2012 collection called Navigate Her. I thought I got the whole collection until I remembered that I didn't get the neon orange one as my warm skintone clashes with orange most of the time. Here are the rest of the shades from this collection and my thoughts on them.

A Crewed Interest

I shouldn't have gotten this. It looks very off against my skintone, and maybe because peaches and oranges really make my skin look grubby or something. It is a light peach creme that would probably look great on other skintones.

To Buy, Or Not to Buy?

This is a very nice lilac creme with a nice shimmer in the bottle, but looks exactly like a straight lilac creme when worn. So weird, but I love it nonetheless. I am wearing it right now with white stamped flower images and it looks so feminine and spring-y.

Navigate Her

Navigate Her is my favorite green at the moment. It's like a spring garden green creme. Super nice and applies quite well.

Tour de Finance

Tour de Finance is a nice fuchsia with some colored sheen going on. I love it on my nails - it's bright but still very springy. Would work great as a pedi color.

All in all, formula is okay, except for A Crewed Interest which was streaky. I love the shades, although I have seen these before. Not pretty unique, but then again these are spring colors that are in season. I especially love Navigate Her and Tour De France.
