Here's the inside scoop about Lancôme's latest Magnifique commercial featuring Lancôme ambassador Anne Hathaway. The new commercial was filmed in March at New York ’s most buzzed about nightclub – The Box. The ad reveals a sexy, confident and dynamic Magnifique woman (Anne!). Anne was styled by fashion maven Rachel Zoe and worked one-on-one with a choreographer for a week prior to the shoot where more than 100 extras packed the set for the production.

In celebration of the new commercial, Lancôme offers a giveaway of Magnifique Eau de Toilette for one of The Shades Of U readers. This spicy, floral, woody fragrance is an intoxicating scent perfect for a summer’s night out. 
The fragrance that celebrates her vibrant femininity, now in a fresh Eau de Toilette rendition. A light version of the eau de parfum that emphasizes the spicy top note of saffron, floral heart of rose and the smoky embrace of exotic nagarmotâ wood.
Audacious. Passionate. Utterly Magnifique.
How To Join:
All you need to do is leave a comment in this entry with your e-mail address and a sentence or two as to why you want to win Magnifique. Use this format when entering your e-mail address: shadesofublogspot (at) yahoo (dot) com. Only United States residents 18 years old and above are eligible. Only one entry per person. Having multiple entries does not increase your chances of winning.
The Shades Of U shall randomly pick one winner, announce the name of the winner on this blog, and shall contact the winner via the e-mail address provided. The winner shall respond with his/her mailing address within seventy-two (72) hours; otherwise, the entry shall be disqualified and another winner shall be chosen. Thus, it is highly important that entrants subscribe to this blog to be promptly apprised of the winner's name just in case the notification e-mail does not go through or goes to the spam inbox (check out the right side bar of this blog to subscribe). The Shades Of U shall then forward the information to Lancôme which shall then ship the prize to the winner. As such, The Shades Of U does not have any control as to when the prize will be shipped out, but the sponsor has committed to ship the product to the recipient as soon as The Shades Of U determines the winner.

You had me at the words "spicy, floral, woody"! This sounds so beautifully seductive and I really think that all women should use perfume to accentuate their femininity (providing, of course, that one is not allergic to fragrance!). I really prefer a body spray during the heat of summer for daytime, but at night, perfume is a must for me. I wore Magnifique most of the time throughout the fall and winter this year and loved it!
