MAC Brunette Blonde Redhead Swatches Part II

Here are the swatches, sorry I wasn't able to post them last night. Let me be the first to say that these aren't the best of swatches because I forgot my favorite camera, and these were done at night and I prefer my swatches to be taken under natural light if at all possible. I will try to re-swatch when I go back to my MAC store to Back-2-MAC for more products from this collection. I really want to get French Cuff or 100 Strokes, but I believe they are similar to Bold and Brazen and Twinks/Magnetic Fields which I already have, so I am still a little iffy about getting them. If somebody has any of these colors, please let me know your thoughts. I might have to bring these shadows when I go back to the store.

I was about to get Marquise D' too, but I realized it was part of the Royal Assets Coral lip palette from the 2007 Holiday collection, and I have that palette so I'm good.

Marquise D' is the middle shade in the top right palette.

Here are the swatches:

For the skinfinish swatches and pictures of the brushes I got, check the previous post HERE.

I did look at Twinks at the MAC store last night, and I think 100 Strokes is similar. 100 Strokes was VERY chalky, not fun to work with.
If you're trying to choose between those two, I'd suggest getting French Cuff. I almost got it but decided against it.

Flip is really awesome. I'm wearing it today. I also love Quick Tease and I picked that up. I may go back and get Strawberry Blonde and French Cuff.

Phyrra- thanks for the input! 100 Strokes is lustre, I'm afraid, hence it's really harder to work with than the other MAC formulas. French Cuff is pretty, but I already have Bronze & Brazen...Flip is beautiful!

Phyrra- 100 Strokes is not lustre, but I believe Frost, and it's actually quite smooth to apply on the lids.

Hmm, MAC online says 100 Strokes is a Lustre?

Phyrra- Yes it does say online that it's a Lustre but I have 100 Strokes and the label at the back says it's a Frost, and the texture to me seems closer to Frost than Lustre.

I would definitely agree though that normally the frosts are my favorite for texture.
When I was trying to apply it, it just seemed chalky, hard to blend, which sucked because I'm all about dark reds ;P
