MAC Royal Assets 6 Warm Eyes Look

Here's a look using the Warm eyeshadow palette of Royal Assets. I really loved the colors which are just perfect for fall and of course the holiday season, and the packaging is really so gorgeous. The ornate design truly spells luxury and class even though the palette itself is reasonably-priced. For $36 you get six beautiful shadows in an aristocratic case fit for a queen, with a free travel-friendly eyeshadow brush to boot. It is a little heavy though compared to last year's eyeshadow palettes, but that won't stop me from toting this around town for quick touch-ups or for travel.

I also used Dazzleray pigment from the Curiositease Warm Pigment collection, and I think it went well with the colors of the 6 Warm Eyes palette.

I also tried Black Karat eye kohl from the McQueen collection for the first time and I still need a few practices in applying pencil on my upper lashline (I am more used to using gel liners). I so LOVE the color, though. It conjures images of molten blackened gold, if there is such a thing. It looks even more beautiful in person. I think I need a back-up of this!
