Essence Lipsticks in 09 Wear Berries!, 11 Nude Love, 14 Adorable Matt!

Essence Lipsticks in 11 Nude Love, 14 Adorable Matt!, Wear Berries!

First of all, I want to apologize for my long absence on the blog.  I had to go overseas for almost a month for a family emergency, but I am now back!  I have missed blogging, and I will do my very best to catch up and be up to date with blogging and reviewing products for you, my readers.  Stay tuned as well for more videos that will be up on my YouTube channel soon!

Today I have for you three Essence Cosmetics lipsticks.  These are the very first Essence lip products that I've tried.  When I first got them, I was a little skeptical because the price point was pretty low, and I thought these were not really pigmented products.

Well, to cut a long story short, I was wrong.

Essence Lipstick in 14 Adorable Matt!

The three lipsticks I tried from Essence were really pigmented and creamy.  I particularly like Essence lipsticks in 09 Wear Berries and 14 Adorable Matt!.  They are truly saturated with color, and even if 14 Adorable Matt is on the matte side, it still has some sort of soft creaminess that makes it feel and look moisturizing on the lips.  My favorite out of the three is 09 Wear Berries!.  The color is a very feminine pink, it has a soft, luscious sheen and is a very wearable, everyday shade.  My least favorite is 11 Nude Love, just because it is too light for my warm, medium skintone, and it washes me out.

All in all, I am pretty impressed with the Essence Longlasting Lipsticks.  Staying power is great (4-5 hours without touch-ups), and it has intense color that does not dry out the lips.    Best part of all is that each lipstick is only $2.99 a pop (SRP)!
