OPI Infinite Shine Breakfast at Tiffany's Collection Swatches, Review

OPI Infinite Shine Breakfast at Tiffany's collection
One of the best things that happened to me as a nail blogger was when OPI came up with the Infinite Shine formula.  This is OPI's version of the "no-light" or "no-lamp" gel formula, where the color is automatically cured by the special OPI Infinite Shine top coat when natural or artificial light hits it.  This formula, along with the special OPI Infinite Shine base coat, and making sure that your nails contain as little moisture as possible, create the most long-lasting nail polish on me without using traditional gel polish.  I usually only get 2 days of polish wear until the color starts chipping off on the edges, but with OPI Infinite Shine, I get at least 4 full days of wear with nary a chip.

This is such a blessing to a nail blogger like me, because I can never wear gel polish since I always swatch different nail polishes for the blog.  However, I also want a little bit of longevity when it comes to nail color, on days when I am working or can't change colors right away.  This is obviously OPI's version of Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel, China Glaze Gelaze, and all the other no-lamp, no-light gel polishes that almost every brand has.

I will post a more in-depth review on the formula and lasting power of the OPI Infinite Shine in a separate post, but this post is all about the OPI Breakfast at Tiffany's Collection swatches.  OPI came up with the Breakfast at Tiffany's collection in both the regular and Infinite Shine formulas, and the swatches below are from the latter line.

Here are my thoughts and swatches of this collection.

OPI I Believe in Manicures is an unbelievably vibrant Tiffany blue cream.  It's my absolute favorite from this collection.

I am not a fan of OPI Girls Love Pearls.  Pearly white frosts usually end up streaky, and it probably has to do with the color itself.  My mom would be a big fan of this, though.  She only wears white shimmer polish on her toes because she says it looks very clean and professional.

OPI Can't Tame A Wild Thing

OPI Can't Tame A Wild Thing is a beautiful warm toned red!  This is so eye catching so if you are not used to attention, stay away from this one.  This would make a nice pedicure color for me come summer time.

OPI Ring the Buzzer Again

OPI Ring the Buzzer Again is a nice deeper red that is perfect for an upcoming Valentine's day mani.  This is such a classic red that will never go out of style.

OPI Party At Holly's is a nice deeper wine red cream.  This is great for the winter and fall season when darker nail polish is all the rage.

Such a beautiful shade, OPI I'll Take a Manhattan!  This deep inky purple is right up my alley- a beautiful blackish purple cream that is also a dream to apply.

There you have it, the OPI Breakfast at Tiffany's Collection!  Watch out for more OPI nail polish collection swatches!

I love the colours on the nails; it's nice to see them on rather than just in the bottle. x
