Nicole by OPI Summer 2014 Seize the Summer Collection

Nicole by OPI's Summer 2014 collection is a small 4-piece collection, but I am really in love with most if not all of them.  The colors are fantastic and truly scream summer, and the formula is a breeze to work with.  Here are the four colors of the Nicole by OPI Seize the Summer collection, and my thoughts on these.

I am really loving Nicole by OPI Lay It On the Lime.  It leans more yellow than lime, though, and it's quite neon to my eyes, although not a true retina-searing neon.  It is still quite beautiful and perfect for summer.  This is my favorite out of this collection, along with Nicole by OPI The Coral of the Story.

I compared Lay It On the Lime to Sweet on Pete from the Nicole by OPI Tink Collection of last year, and the latter is more of a Shrek green compared to Lay It On the Lime which is more of a yellow.

Nicole by OPI LeaPink for Joy is a nice mid-tone pink.  It looks very girly and is perfect using white dots as shown above.

Nicole by OPI The Coral of the Story is one of my favorite corals ever, and that is a huge statement from me since I have a ton of nail polishes.  I have a redder coral from Nicole by OPI which is also my favorite, it's called Nicole by OPI My Sol Shines Brighter from the Nicole by OPI-Kelloggs collaboration, but the latter leans more red while The Coral of the Story is close to a coral.

Nicole by OPI Shaved Nice

Nicole by OPI Shaved Nice is a glitter lacquer with white micro-glitter blue, green, pink and purple bigger glitter in a clear base.  Not my favorite, but it looks quite clean and festive on the nails.

I am honestly a fan of this collection.  I am loving all colors except the glitter polish.  The formula is great and they are opaque in two coats, and the second coat just smoothens things out and makes everything look perfect.

These are now available at your drugstores and retail stores nationwide.

What are you favorite colors from this collection?
