I have already uploaded a video review on the new MAC Huggable Lip Colour, but here is my written review with photo swatches of this new lip formula. In my video review, I mentioned that this new MAC Huggable lip colour was inspired by lip looks of Asian celebrities- lips with sheer or semi-sheer wash of color, with a soft shine and a luscious look. The Huggable lip colour's formula reminds me of the discontinued MAC Slimshines, but they are not as soft. They sort of remind me of the MAC mineralize rich lipstick in terms of a lightweight feel on them, but with a sheerer formula and a much shinier finish.

I have four shades of the MAC Huggable Lip Colour. Fresh & Frisky is a soft peachy sheen. Marron is a brownish neutral sheen. What a Feeling! is a light pink color, and Commotion is a magenta. I like Commotion the best because it suits my pigmented lips, and it also brightens my complexion.

MAC claims that the Huggable Lip Colour has a staying power of 6 hours. I honestly didn't see it lasting 6 hours on my lips, as I continually talk and eat meals during that span of time. However, I did notice that it does not have the very soft formula of the Slim Shines, so it stays a little longer on the lips compared ot the latter.

All in all, if you are a lover of soft-shine, softly pigmented lips, the MAC Huggable Lip Colour is for you. It does not have saturated color like the Amplified Cream formulas of MAC - but if you like the soft sheen and lightweight feel the Huggable lip colour provides - you might want to check this out.
