PIXI Icy Lip Luster in Snowbunny Glace, PIXI Icy Eye Palette in Bluff Blizzard

Christmas is almost here, but I know a lot of us are still not done with our holiday shopping.  For the loved one that are into lipgloss or shadow, or perhaps want to dabble into these products but haven't had the opportunity, now is the time to give them truly affordable holiday sets that are of good quality.

I've always been a fan of PIXI Cosmetics, and they are one of my favorite brands from Target.  Here are some of the PIXI holiday gift sets that you can pick up as last-minute presents:

This PIXI Icy Lip Luster in Snowbunny Glace is the gift for your lipgloss-loving friend or family member.  It has two shimmery glosses which have micro-glitter but quite sheer, and two creamy tinted glosses.  The shimmery ones can be toppers over lipstick or lip color to give the lips a shiny, luscious look.  The best part about this kit?  It's only $12!

PIXI Icy Eye Palette in Buff Blizzard

I am in love with this PIXI Icy Eye Palette in Buff Blizzard!  It's the perfect neutral palette for me, just because I love bronzes and browns, with some charcoal and champagne shades thrown in.  I love that this can be versatile- from a very neutral day look to smoky looks for nighttime.  I also love how pigmented the shades are - as you can see from the swatches.  The colors were swatched without an eyeshadow base underneath.

This palette colors glide smoothly on the lids, and it also has vitamin E to protect the skin.  Best of all, like the Icy Lip Luster set, it retails for only 12 bucks!

All in all, I really think these kits are great value for your buck.  They are smooth and buttery, velvety and pigmented.  You can have both of these sets for less than half of the mid-end eye shadow palettes.
