A few weeks ago, I raved about one of my more recent skincare finds: anti-aging treatment for lips. I talked about the VENeffect Anti-Aging Lip Treatment, and how I was impressed that a skincare product targets the lips for anti-aging benefits because we don't normally hear about anti-aging products for lips. I talked about the VENeffect founders who are sisters and how they joined forces to create a skincare line that targets hormonal aging.
VENeffect is a skincare line founded by sisters Rebecca Booth M.D., a gynecologist and hormone wellness specialist, and Cecil Booth, who has been in the beauty industry as a marketing specialist. The concept for VENeffect Anti-Aging Skin Care was the result of the combination of Cecil's experience in the beauty category and her sister Rebecca's experience as a doctor of women. Their joined understanding, together with over seven years of research and development, has led to this new skin care line that for addresses the signs of hormonal aging.

This time, I am talking about the VENeffect Anti-Aging Intensive Moisturizer. The longer I use this product, the more I am loving it. As the name suggests, this is such an intense drink of moisture for your skin. It is luxuriously creamy, and yet it is not greasy on the skin. It is infused with the VENeffect exclusive advanced phytoestrogen technology, along with peptides and proteins to increase skin's elasticity. The company also claims that this product can reverse the signs of hormonal aging. I did not see any dramatic signs of reversal of hormonal aging in my experience, but I did notice that my skin is very soft and supple when I wake up in the morning after using this as a night cream. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin so this does not break me out at all.
The only downside I can think of is the price. It is pretty steep for $185/1.7 oz. or 50 ml. However, if hormonal aging is your major issue, you might want to check this product out. VENeffect products are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and paraben free, and are made in the USA.
