I am quite excited about this collection. It is packed with amazing goodies that you will actually use especially for the summer. The color motif for this set is a soft pinky-peach that is showcased by both the blush and the lip color. The 12-hour amazonian clay blush is a new shade that is exclusive to QVC: Peaceful, a soft-pinky peach shade. I have it on my cheeks right now and it is just gorgeous. Lipsurgence in Sweet is a pepperminty-flavored lip gloss in pencil form that has gorgeous soft pinky-peach shimmer.

I am also thrilled to have the smolderEYES Amazonian clay waterproof eyeliner in Fig with a built-in smudger. It reminds me very much of the Sue Devitt intensifying eye pencils that I reviewed a few months back. This also doubles as an eye base and cream eye shadow. As you can see in the swatches, the color is a beautiful deep brownish plum that would make a fabulous smokey eye.  The kit also comes with a sharpener specifically for this chubby pencil.  Tarte has thought of all the little details that make beauty convenient.

The Amazonian clay waterproof cream eyeshadow in Shimmering Taupe is perfect for that sexy neutral eye. I used it today but I applied a neutral powder shadow over it; Shimmering Taupe created depth to my eye look and just looked understated but polished.

Lights, Camera, Lashes! mascara was a pleasant surprise. I have fine, sparse lashes so I really was not expecting much from mascaras as a lot has disappointed me over the years. With this mascara, it coats every fiber and gave volume, length and definition without clumping.

The Park Ave Princess bronzer is the product that I least liked in the collection, but it is pretty nonetheless. Maybe it's because I prefer cream bronzers at the moment, but it is quite wearable. Very nice for summer as it has this bronzey sheen.

I have always liked the Zen-ish appeal of bamboo-handled brushes because not only do they look classy, they also help the environment as the bamboo is a highly sustainable plant. I used the bamboo blush brush on my cheeks today. The synthetic hairs were soft and applied product evenly. I used the eyeshadow brush to apply the cream eyeshadow on my lids. It is perfect for applying cream concealers or any other emollient products.

Lastly, the star of this collection is the new Maracuja creaseless concealer which is on its worldwide launch. I tried the Medium shade and it is the perfect shade for me. It is a thick concealer that has great coverage. I didn't expect it to be too thick, but it does warm up to your finger, so you get to blend the product on your skin seamlessly. I like that it is in a long-nosed tube for easy application. I applied it on my undereye area in soft, patting motions, and it effectively concealed my stubborn dark undereye area. I did set it with a salmon-colored mineral powder for a long-lasting coverage. True to its name, it really did not crease on the fine lines under the eye, and it looked quite natural.

All in all, this set has excellent value. From deeply pigmented eye shadows and liners to softly shimmering cheek products to a mascara and blush brush to boot, plus a nifty new concealer, you have everything you need in this kit. I love all the items in this kit except the bronzer, but it is not a bad product - I just prefer a different shade of bronzer and preferably a cream one.
